Sizing & fit

How do Franci suits fit?
Our suits are tailored to sit close through the shoulders and waist. Every product page has a fit note, and our Size Guide lists body measurements. If you're between sizes, size up: a tailor can take in a waist, but can't let out a shoulder.

Are suits sold as a set?
Yes. The blazer and trousers (or skirt) come together in the same size.

Can you help me choose a size?
Of course. Email info@franciwear.com with your height, bust, waist and hip measurements and the piece you love, and we'll recommend a size within one business day.

Orders & delivery

When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, then delivered in 7–15 business days to most destinations. See our Shipping Policy for every region.

I'm ordering for an event. What should I do?
Order at least 3–4 weeks ahead. If your date is closer, email us before ordering and we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it.

How do I track my order?
You'll get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. You can also log in to your account to see your order status.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed for dispatch we can't change or cancel it, but you can still return it within 14 days of delivery.

Returns

What is your return policy?
You can return unworn items with tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Email us first to register your return. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of us receiving and approving your return, to your original payment method.

Payment & security

Which payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, plus any other options shown at checkout.

Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through Shopify's encrypted checkout, and we never see or store your card details.
