Shipping Policy
Every Franci order ships with tracking. You'll get an email with your tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.
Free shipping on orders of $149 or more
Standard shipping is free on orders of $149 and above to most destinations. On orders under $149, a flat shipping rate is shown at checkout before you pay (from $5.99 in the US).
Delivery times
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Delivery times after dispatch:

Ordering for an event?
We recommend ordering at least 3–4 weeks before your date. If you have a deadline, email info@franciwear.com before you order and we'll tell you honestly whether we can get it to you in time.
Carriers
We ship with trusted carriers including DHL, UPS, FedEx and USPS, depending on your location.
Delays and addresses
Delivery times are estimates and can run longer during holidays and peak periods. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we can't redirect a parcel once it has shipped.
