If it isn't right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.
How to return
- Email info@franciwear.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- We'll reply with your return address and instructions.
- Ship your return within the 14-day window using a tracked service.
Please always contact us before sending anything back. Returns sent without registering first can't be accepted.
Return conditions
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
Sets
Suit sets and two-piece sets are sold as one item, so both pieces must be returned together for a refund.
Final sale
Items marked Final Sale, and items returned after the 14-day window, can't be returned.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Return your order for a refund and place a new order. It's the fastest way to secure your size before it sells out.
Return shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer. Please use a tracked service and keep your proof of postage until your refund arrives.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and approved, your refund is processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take up to 3 more business days to appear. If it has been more than 15 business days since your return was approved, please email info@franciwear.com.
Damaged or faulty items
If something arrives damaged or faulty, email info@franciwear.com within 48 hours of delivery with a short description and clear photos. We'll review it within 24 hours and get back to you with next steps.
